Blessed

We decorated our cottage last week for Christmas.

When Wednesday of this week began, it was very hectic. We had planned to go with an expecting couple to check out a hospital in Jinja two hours away. We had a few things to do before leaving and planned to leave at 8:30, but nothing was going as planned. At 10:30 I began to think that we should just postpone, but at 11:00 we were able to go.

I praise God that we were able to go. It was a great blessing. I had encouraged the father to go because I had hoped the doctor would do an ultrasound and he would get to see the baby. The look on their faces when they came out was priceless. The first thing out of his mouth was "It's a girl!" What a blessing! Smiles the rest of the day. All tests came out fine. Before the tests the doctor had called the baby a mighty woman of God. 😇
