Worship
When we arrived in church yesterday, the worship had already begun. You could feel the holy spirit and see the hearts of those singing to God.

This is a video of the children at Esangalo. They are coming out of the church to go to their classes.

Happy Thanksgiving
These are the sounds out our bedroom window. The sun is beginning to rise, and the birds are singing. You can hear all the roosters in the neighborhood. Soon we will hear children talking and laughing. Later the missionaries will join together. We saw pictures of the turkey which was being prepared for today. We are so thankful for all God has done. He placed a desire in our hearts, and He is the one who has truly made a way for us to be here. We love you all and hope

Shopping
We traveled with a small group to Jinja today. We were on our own for a bit, shopping. James said we did pretty good for a couple of Muzungus. It is a little overwhelming at first. We need a Morrison Home Center. Finding what you need in one store is not possible. Each store has their own specialty. We walked back and forth on this one street to three different stores and then ended up walking three blocks up before finding what we needed.

I left James and helped her get her food and water settled and helped her get her baby sister off her back. The look of thankfulness on that little girl's face was worth the trip. Things like

Hillbillies come to Uganda
This is the van after our last stop on the way to the Village of Eden. We had taken 8 totes, 2 suitcases, 1 duffle bag, 2 backpacks, and a mattress in a box. We then purchased a stove and a few pieces of furniture along the way. We also stopped for groceries. It is amazing what you can haul!
Stay Tuned
We have arrived in Uganda and are almost unpacked and organized. We hope to begin posting soon. God was so gracious on our trip. We checked in 12 bags and were still under budget. One of our bags was oversized, but the agent did not charge us. All of the bags arrived in Uganda, and only one tote had some damage. Going through security was a breeze. We know that all of you were praying for us, and we thank you, and we praise God. We will try to post some pictures and inf
